Qualifications to become a notary public in Delaware:
  •       Be at least 18 years old
  •       Maintain a legal residence within Delaware, except for non-residents who maintain a Delaware workplace
  •       Have a reasonable need for a Notary commission
  •       And have a good character and reputation
